By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Diaspora Beauty,  you consent to receive SMS communications regarding your interactions with our business.
We value your privacy — phone numbers collected as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you have provided consent, you may receive SMS messages from Diaspora Beauty related to the following:

Return and Refund Policy

Diaspora Beauty – Return & Refund Policy


At Diaspora Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a return or exchange under the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
     
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
     
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 to 14 days of the delivery date (depending on product category).
     

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty and hair care products, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any used, opened, or tampered items.

2. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Human hair wigs, bundles, closures, or frontals that have been worn, washed, colored, combed, or altered in any way
     
  • Opened beauty or cosmetic products (including hair care, skincare, and makeup)
     
  • Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale”
     
  • Gift cards and e-gift vouchers
     

3. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@diaspora-beauty.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
     
  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number.
     
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
     
  4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.
     

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
     
  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
     

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a similar one, please contact us at info@diaspora-beauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). Include photos or videos showing the issue to help us resolve it promptly. Diaspora Beauty will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

7. In-Warehouse Purchases (if applicable)

If you purchased from one of our warehouse locations, all returns must be made in person at the same location with a receipt and unused product within 7 days of purchase. Refunds for in-warehouse purchases will be issued via the original payment method or future in-warehouse credit.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
     
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
     
  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@diaspora-beauty.com.
